Service Selection

The service sales process begins with the buyer browsing the services offered by the company. Each service is accompanied by a detailed description and pricing, as well as a specific information form that the buyer is required to complete.

Completion of a Special Information Form

If the Buyer proceeds with a service, they will be required to complete a dedicated information form.

This form includes standard information, such as name and contact details. Furthermore, for certain services that require customization, the Buyer may be requested to complete a specialized information form. This form consolidates all necessary information to tailor the service to the chosen specifications.

The form can be completed either before or after payment for the service.

Order Processing and Payment

At this stage, the Buyer is required to enter standard information to complete payment for the service, such as name, email address, company name, and contact details.

The Buyer is presented with a summary of the selected service, as well as the total costs, including all applicable taxes or fees. The Company does not collect taxes levied by the Register of Enterprises. The Buyer is offered various payment options, such as credit card, debit card, IBAN, or other online payment methods. Once the payment has been successfully processed, the order is confirmed.

The buyer receives a payment confirmation

Upon successful payment, the buyer receives an automatic payment confirmation email. This confirmation serves as a transaction receipt and provides the buyer with assurance that the payment has been accepted.

Service Processing Notice

Upon payment confirmation, the buyer is informed of the order fulfillment progress. This message may include information such as the estimated processing time and any additional steps required for service fulfillment.

Expected Service Completion Time

Services are processed upon receipt of payment and submission of a specific information form.

Services are processed on business days until 17:00.

If a service is ordered on a weekend, public holiday, or outside business hours, it will be processed on the next business day.

Typically, the service is processed and fulfilled on the same day it is ordered. The service fulfillment time may be longer, depending on the level of service complexity and the availability of all necessary information.

Transfer of the Service to the Buyer

The documents and information included in the service are sent to the email address specified by the buyer.

Notice of Service Completion

Upon service completion, the buyer receives a Service Completion Notification. This notification confirms that the service has been successfully processed and fulfilled. The Completion Notification may also contain any relevant instructions or supplementary information to ensure the successful utilization of the service.

Right of Withdrawal

We strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. This refund policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for receiving refunds for services provided within the European Union (EU).

By purchasing services on www.taxexpert.lv, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the service.

Cancellation of Service

Refund Procedure

  • To give notice of withdrawal, a consumer may compose a free-form email titled “Notice of Withdrawal” and send it to info@taxexpert.lv.
    Your refund request must include contact information.

Refund Processing

  • Upon receipt of your refund request, we will confirm acknowledgment within two (2) business days.

  • We will review your request. Please note that additional information may be required for our assessment.

  • A decision regarding your refund request will be communicated within five (5) business days following the receipt of all necessary information.

  • Should your refund request be approved, we will initiate the refund process within fourteen (14) days.

  • The refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Following the provision of the service, the company may undertake additional measures to ensure purchaser satisfaction. This may include requesting the completion of a feedback or survey questionnaire, in order to ascertain the quality of the service and the overall experience.
