Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing services on www.taxexpert.lv, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the service.
Cancellation of Service
- The consumer may withdraw from a service that has not been fully rendered.
- A consumer may not withdraw from a service once it has been fully rendered.
Refund Procedure
- To give notice of withdrawal, a consumer may compose a free-form email titled “Notice of Withdrawal” and send it to info@taxexpert.lv.
Your refund request must include contact information.
Refund Processing
Upon receipt of your refund request, we will confirm acknowledgment within two (2) business days.
We will review your request. Please note that additional information may be required for our assessment.
A decision regarding your refund request will be communicated within five (5) business days following the receipt of all necessary information.
Should your refund request be approved, we will initiate the refund process within fourteen (14) days.
The refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.
