You can check this using the <a style=\"background-color: #ffffff; cursor: pointer; transition: text-decoration 0.35s ease-in-out 0s; color: #556b9d;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lrpv.gov.lv\/precu-zimes\/datubazes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Patent Office&#8217;s trademark search tool<\/a><\/li><li>The name may include numbers, punctuation marks (periods, commas, colons, etc.), and symbols like &amp;, @, %, +, =. Other symbols are not allowed;<\/li><li>It must not be identical to the name of any entity already registered or submitted for registration with the Enterprise Register. You can check existing names in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lursoft.lv\/\">Lursoft database<\/a><\/li><li>Punctuation, spaces, and the use of upper or lower case letters are not considered sufficient
